The new standards have been released and are available to comment,
but there is only a 30-day comment period which started December 20.
This applies to farm operations which generate over 2,000 gallons
per day. It does not include single family houses if they are a separate
septic systems. However, if two houses use the same septic system
then it applies. There is also a requirement for monitoring wells before
