The Department of Environmental Protection will be sending out the Annual Water Use Report forms
for Agricultural Registrations and Certifications. You will receive the form by mail or email. These
forms report monthly water use for 2025 and are due February 28, 2026.
These are the same annual report forms the certification/registration holders receive every year.
There will receive instructions to file these reports online if they wish. If not, returning the completed
paper forms is fine.
