The DEP will be generating the Annual Water Use Report forms for Agricultural Registrations and
Certifications. You should have received the form by mail or email. These forms report monthly water use for 2023 and are due by February 28, 2024.
This are the same annual report forms the certification/registration holders receive every year. They also
receive instructions to file these reports online if they wish. If not, returning the completed paper forms is fine.
